Motivation
Okay. To me motivation occurs when I enjoy where I work. Not so much the work itself, but the place and the company. According to my supervisor, motivation should be working late so that people don't think your a worthless slacker. Well, I show them. I'll slack during overtime! ha ha! Just joking. I work very hard, but I feel like it doesn't matter. What happened to appreciation? Or acknowlegement? Thats another post . . .lol

I totally agree and I know how you feel!
Well, I can't work this Saturday. And considering it is optional, we should not be frowned upon for not working overtime!
Kinda funny that she acts like it is important for us to have our work and personal life balanced. . .

lol. Dale agreed with everything we said! Aparently everyone was angry after the meeting! And everything is based on her appearance. She doesn't care about us at all! She never sticks up for us! The underwriters don't seem to care that we are behind, and if Carol is getting after her, why doesn't she stick up for us instead of comeing back and yelling at us! I'm so frustrated! I was so mad after the meeting I wanted to just leave! When I get really mad I want to cry and I really wanted to cry after the meeting. I'm just forever frustrated!!
